What we collect and why

• Identity and contact details (name, email, phone): to book, confirm and manage your appointments and send you reminders — necessary for the service you request.
• Appointments, services and payments: to provide the service and keep the records required by accounting law.
• Optional information (date of birth, address, notes): only if you give it, to personalise your visits.
• Newsletter: only with your agreement; every email contains an unsubscribe link.
• Push notifications: only if you allow them on your device; you can turn them off at any time.

Who receives your data

Our team, our hosting provider and our email service. Your data is never sold.

How long we keep it

Your client file is anonymised 3 years after your last appointment. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law (10 years in France).

Cookies

This site only uses the cookies needed to run it (session, language). The map is only loaded if you click to display it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use or restrict it by writing to jandymichel@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
